Evening light and heartwarming moments of fuchka chats

<div class="text-justify">  After the busy day, when the evening light and darkness fill the sky, the surrounding noise takes on a different form. The busy streets of the city are crowded with pedestrians and a soft atmosphere is created by the lights of various colors. In this beautiful time, the familiar fuchka shops on the roadside are a great way to relieve fatigue and refresh the mind. This evening moment will be one of the most beautiful and vivid experiences of my life. When I stand on the side of a busy street after dusk, a wonderful scene catches my eye. A crowd of people has gathered around a yellow mobile cart. The crispy fuchkas are arranged in bright light boxes kept inside the car. The scene created a great attraction with the surrounding light. People of all ages, young and old, are standing there enjoying the joy of eating fuchka. The atmosphere was quite lively, with smiles of satisfaction on some faces and a great expression of bitterness on others.  The busyness and chatter of the young people and teenagers standing in front of the shop made the moment even more lively. The fuchka seller was making fuchkas one after another with great skill. When I ordered a plate of fuchkas for myself, the seller quickly mixed potato, sour water and tamarind juice in it and handed it to me. The first bite of that crunchy fuchka caused a delicious explosion of sour and sweet flavors in my mouth. The taste of this simple food seemed to bring a heavenly feeling, overcoming the dust and fatigue of the road and mechanical life. Along with the food, the movement of people around, the rickshaw bells and the bright lights were creating a different kind of feeling. These small joys are the real treasures of our life. Without any big arrangements, it is possible to completely refresh the mind only through a favorite environment and quick food. All in all, the experience of eating this evening fuchka will remain in my memory for a long time.
