I knew it was fake. Looked so disproportionate but still funny lol. The majority of the people don't vote. They have the electoral ID but mainly for work purposes since it's required almost everywhere. But many blue collar jobs still pay only in cash and no registration is required. Just experience and or *las ganas* to learn. That said, cash is still king here for however long that will last. I guess people will just have construct their own reverse way of turning plastic to gas. We've seen it can be done effectively with more output than input in power consumption.
