A wonderful moment of cooking mouth-watering local chicken curry

<div class="text-justify">  Cooking is not just a simple task, it is an art and an expression of love. Be it a holiday or an ordinary afternoon, there is a strange peace hidden in making something delicious with your own hands for the whole family. Today was just such a day when the aroma of cooking in the house filled the entire atmosphere with a different magical atmosphere. I wanted to share this special chicken curry experience made by my own hands with everyone. The main attraction of cooking was the right combination of its ingredients. The fresh chicken meat from the market was washed very well and marinated first. The aroma of the meat was ready when the pieces of meat were prepared with a touch of turmeric powder, chili powder and a little spice. I realized that today's cooking was going to be extraordinary. In the first step of cooking, the meat was lightly fried so that the juiciness inside was fully maintained and the spices could penetrate the meat very nicely.  In the second step, a gravy was made in a pan with a magical mixture of onion, ginger, garlic paste and some secret spices. The wonderful aroma of cooking that spread around while grinding the spices is bound to increase anyone's appetite. After leaving the marinated meats inside the ground spices and starting to cook on a low flame, the color of the broth slowly started to take on a dark brown and tempting form. Due to the patient and slow cooking, the meats became very soft and fluffy, which made the tongue water just by looking at them. When this hot chicken curry was served on the dining table, smiles of satisfaction appeared on the faces of the entire family. One bite of this delicious chicken curry with steaming hot rice seemed to remove all the fatigue of the day in an instant. The joy of hearing such praise from the faces of loved ones after cooking with your own hands is truly incomparable outside the box.
