The simple joy of cooking

<div class="text-justify">  After a busy day, there is a special joy in cooking something with your own hands, especially when it is everyone's favorite chicken curry. I entered the kitchen last evening and it was a great experience of this wonderful feeling. Today I am sharing that story and cooking recipe with you. I hope you like it. At the beginning of cooking, first I washed the chicken thoroughly and drained the water. Then I heated oil in a pan and fried the chopped onion in it until it was lightly browned. I added ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and chili powder to taste. I ground the spices well. When the smell of frying the spices started spreading throughout the kitchen, I realized that a delicious dish was about to be prepared. Now I mixed the chicken meat with the minced spices and covered it for a while. This will cook the meat and the flavor of the spices will also penetrate the meat. After a while, I opened the lid and saw that the oil had released from the meat and a beautiful reddish color had come. At this stage, I put the chopped potatoes in the pan. I mashed the meat with the potatoes for a while more. Now I added enough hot water and let it boil again with the lid on. When the water boiled, I reduced the heat a little so that both the meat and potatoes were cooked well and the broth also thickened a little. When the cooking was finished, I served it with hot rice. Hot rice and steaming chicken curry. What else do you need? When everyone was satisfied after eating, there was a great peace and satisfaction in my mind.
