Keeping Transactions Flowing: ATM Dispenser Belt Replacement and Maintenance.

<div class="text-justify">  Assalamu Alaikum. I am starting my post today with the wish of good health to everyone. As an engineer, I always try to keep any machine 100% fit and functional. However, sometimes various spare parts get damaged and need to be replaced. Especially since most of the parts of my ATM machine are made of plastic, rubber and belts, they perform all their perfect functions. So all in all, these parts sometimes cause various problems.  Anyway, today I changed the belt number 18 of the dispenser of an S22 machine. Due to long-term use, these belts were completely damaged and were slipping while the money was moving upwards, due to which there was a problem in the transaction.  To solve this problem, I first arranged all my tools and utensils. Then I slowly and very carefully removed the motor, pump and other necessary parts. After removing the old and damaged belts, I set the new belt there properly. After changing the belt, I carefully reassembled all the parts as before.  It took about an hour and a half to complete this entire process, which was a kind of relentless effort. But after everything, Alhamdulillah, finally I was able to make my ATM machine fully operational and resume transactions smoothly. As a technician, there can be no greater joy than seeing the successful operation of the machine. This is the biggest achievement and satisfaction for me.
