Solving complex problems of ATM machines and a successful working day.

<div class="text-justify">  Today was quite a challenging and full of new experiences. Suddenly, a major technical problem arose in an ATM machine. While checking the functioning of the machine, I realized that the internal parts of the ATM were not rotating properly. After looking closely, I confirmed that the main plastic pulley inside the stepper motor was completely broken. Due to the breakage of the pulley, the accompanying driving belt had also come off its place and fell off. If such a fault occurs in a precise and sensitive device like an ATM, transactions are completely stopped.  Solving such complex mechanical problems requires a lot of patience and perfect attention. The inner workings of the mechanism are very delicate, so if there is a slight mistake, there is a risk of damaging the entire unit. I decided to take a lot of time and work very carefully with each step. I was able to clean the broken parts and place the new pulley correctly on the shaft. Then the main task was to re-install the belt in the specified place and balance the gears. Using all my skills and attention, I successfully completed the task in the end. After assembling all the parts, when the machine was run in test mode, it started running smoothly as before. The mental satisfaction that comes from completing such a difficult task with one's own hands is truly extraordinary. At the end of the day, this success at work greatly increases confidence in professional life. This was my arrangement for today. I hope you liked the pictures I took and the nature observations.
